The Identity Dynamics Institute
Dedicated to the Idea of the Living Organization
We our passionate about the industries and institutions that organize human vision and work with the aim of improving human society as well as profitability. We regard businesses as the most powerful, value-creating instruments on earth and share a belief that when they thrive, we all thrive.
It is this belief that has led us to develop our model of how organizations actually function, to discover how the initial identity of the founders has flowed through the organization as it developed, and has either continued or attenuated. Our model has helped us to see clearly what a thriving organization should look like, and to see how organizations become vulnerable to loss of identity awareness over time. Our objective is to help leading business consultants understand how identity works in all organizations, and to provide them with the diagnostics and tools that transform leadership’s understanding of success, giving those leaders the ability to maximize value creation over time.
If you are a business leader, or one who advises business leadership, and would like to learn more about Identity-Based Management, please let us know. As we continue to develop the management tools that will enable leaders to understand their company’s potential in a new way, we will keep you on our list and provide periodic updates.
Should you want to discuss how Identity Based Management can be applied to the organizations you consult with, please contact us to arrange a meeting. Our goal is to help companies learn how to take full advantage of identity dynamics in ways that benefit them as well as their stakeholders, now and in the future.
A NEW UNDERSTANDING
In trying to understand how organizations really thrive, we started with two beliefs: 1) Organizations are living beings, and 2) The Laws of Identity might reveal how organizations might be managed in order to thrive in the very long term. Using our understanding of the organizing force of identity, and our deep history working with many of the world’s great organizations, we have created an Identity Dynamics model which reveals how organizations actually work, and how they create value for others and themselves.
Eager to Share, Learn and Refine
The Institute’s knowledge represents a significant departure from standard business management theory. We are eager to share what we have learned so far, to continue to test and refine this knowledge in the real world so that all might benefit, and to create processes that facilitate sustainable growth based on this new body of knowledge.
Certification
As senior managers continue to be informed and empowered by Identity-Based Management, we are ready to train and certify select consulting firms to employ Identity Dynamics in their practices.
